Contribution and reporting
20% of the actual book price paid is reserved after excluding taxes and refunds. Payment fees come from SCS's remaining share. The current planned split of that reserve is 70% for the economic empowerment pathway, beginning with mentorship and learning access, and 30% for the local church family-support effort. These are shares of the 20% reserve, not extra percentages of each sale.
Optional monthly updates will distinguish money reserved, money spent and support delivered. The first report is intended within 30 days of the 3 October 2026 policy start.
